In case you have any questions about what it's like to be a MissionStaff consultant, check our FAQ's below. Here, we dispel some common misconceptions about hourly employment.
Does MissionStaff provide health benefits?
Yes, MissionStaff offers full health and dental insurance through Aetna. Coverage begins on the first day of the month following your 30th day of employment.
Do I have to take care of my own taxes?
No, as a W2 hourly employee of MissionStaff all of your federal, state and local taxes are withheld by us. ADP is our payroll company.

How often will I be paid?
Payroll is done bi-weekly on a 26 week cycle. Direct deposit is available.
What happens when my consulting engagement ends?
Do I still get paid?
MissionStaff does not maintain a "bench" of non-billable consultants. If a consulting engagement concludes and there is not additional work with another MissionStaff client, employment is terminated.
What happens to my benefits if there is no additional work?
You are eligible for Cobra.
Are there any other benefits besides health and dental insurance?
Yes. As a W2 hourly employee of MissionStaff you are eligible for the MissionStaff 401K and Profit Sharing plan. Details of the plan available upon request.
