Brett Pinto is a staffing industry veteran with more than 25 years' experience. Since founding MissionStaff in 2003, Brett has guided the firm's growth by following the principles of honesty, integrity and service.

MissionStaff was founded in Center City, Philadelphia, when Brett, fresh from a key role in one of Inc. magazine’s 10 Fastest Growing Companies, saw an opportunity to disrupt the staffing industry for the better. Brett chose the name to signify the firm’s unwavering commitment to the success of client and talent alike. It is his firm belief that "delivering for our clients, and looking after our talent, is more than a job. It's our mission."
