What We're Looking For: You will be responsible for delivering a simple, intuitive and engaging HR user experience across all channels with consideration for strategy, design and UI. You will be responsible for discovering and communicating the employee’s voice and help incorporate it throughout the design process - all aimed at helping to achieve the goal of providing the best experience to the employees. What You’ll Do: Gather requirements from cross functional teams to inform research study plans Craft comprehensive research study plans and testing scripts in order to screen/recruit quality study participants and moderate usability studies Synthesize findings from research activities in an engaging way to present to peers, management and key stakeholders to influence design and business direction Translate research findings into specific design recommendations Work closely with cross functional teams to identify and prioritize overall research needs Qualifications: Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors Psychology, User Experience Design, Usability or equivalent work experience 3+ years’ experience as a UX Researcher Strong knowledge of User Research methods such as Usability Testing, Concept Testing, User Interviews, User Surveys and Prototype Testing Experience in moderating in-person and remote/unmoderated usability studies Experience with Research/User Behavior tools Knowledge of Interaction Design principles, User Experience methodologies and design patterns
