Important Notice Regarding Fraudulent Job Postings
Last Updated: June 1, 2026
At MissionStaff, recruiting has always been a people-first business built on relationships, trust, and communication.
We recently became aware of fraudulent job postings and interview invitations created by an unauthorized third party impersonating MissionStaff. We have reported these postings and worked with the appropriate platforms to have them removed.
While MissionStaff may utilize technology and AI-powered tools to assist with portions of the application and screening process, interviews are scheduled and conducted directly by MissionStaff recruiters or client representatives.
To help protect job seekers, please keep the following in mind:
What to Expect from MissionStaff
- MissionStaff may use technology and AI-assisted tools as part of the application and screening process.
- Interviews are scheduled and conducted by MissionStaff recruiters or client representatives.
- Communications regarding opportunities may originate from MissionStaff team members, trusted recruiting platforms, or client representatives.
- Emails sent directly by MissionStaff recruiters will originate from an @missionstaff.com email address.
- If interviewing directly with one of our clients, communications may also come from that organization’s official company email domain.
- We encourage candidates to ask questions and verify information at any point during the hiring process.
What MissionStaff Will Never Do
- Request payment, gift cards, cryptocurrency, banking information, or other financial information as part of the recruiting process.
- Ask candidates to purchase equipment, software, or training materials before being hired.
- Guarantee employment in exchange for payment or personal financial information.
Have Questions About a Communication?
If you receive a communication claiming to represent MissionStaff and are unsure whether it is legitimate, we encourage you to contact us directly before sharing personal information.
Our team is happy to verify whether a job posting, interview request, recruiter communication, or email address is authentic.
We sincerely apologize for any confusion or inconvenience this situation may have caused and appreciate the vigilance of those who have brought these matters to our attention.
Thank you for helping us maintain a safe and trustworthy experience for job seekers.
