• MissionStaff pays $500 for any talent or work referral for a contract role and $1,000 for any talent or work referral for a direct-hire role.


• There are no limits to the talent referral bonuses you can receive.


• New work referrals are limited to the first placement with the client, either a contract or direct-hire placement, whichever occurs first.


• If it's a contract job, the referral must work for at least 90 days and work full-time. (Freelance and part-time do not qualify)


• If it's a direct-hire job, the bonus will be paid once the guarantee date is met (typically 90 days) and MissionStaff has been paid by the client.


• The person you refer must be hired within 6 months of you referring them.


• The referral does not qualify if they have had contact with MissionStaff in the past 6 months, including applying to one of our jobs.


• The referral does not qualify if they have been hired by MissionStaff for a job or have been a client in the past year.


• Unfortunately, assignment extensions don't qualify.
