Brett Pinto is a staffing industry veteran with more than 25 years' experience. Since founding MissionStaff in 2003, Brett has guided the firm's growth by creating a culture of success based on accountability, integrity and teamwork.

MissionStaff was founded in Center City, Philadelphia, when Brett, fresh from a key role in one of Inc. magazine’s 10 Fastest Growing Private Companies, saw an opportunity to disrupt the staffing industry for the better. Brett chose the name to signify the firm’s unwavering commitment to the success of client and talent alike. It is his firm belief that "delivering for our clients, and looking after our talent, is more than a job. It's our mission."
